The conference gathered more than 200 participants, including 70 speakers from leading universities, research centers, and government agencies. Among the key partners were the British Council, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This diverse participation turned the event into more than just an academic gathering — it became a cross-sectoral dialogue aimed at real educational impact

Throughout the two-day program, policy makers, professors, teachers, and young researchers exchanged ideas on how to bring innovative teaching methods into classrooms. The event opened with welcome remarks from the Rector of ISFT and speeches by Deniz Woddingham (British Council), Ravshan Khudayberganov (Ministry of Higher Education), and several distinguished academics.

The conference didn’t end with speeches — it resulted in 70+ presentations and the publication of 40 peer-reviewed articles in a special issue of ISFT’s scientific journal. New collaborative agreements were also initiated with international and national partners. Around 30% of all speakers were young researchers and students, showing strong youth engagement in shaping the future of education

This conference exemplified how academic institutions can facilitate meaningful discussions that not only foster innovation but also establish genuine connections between sectors to accomplish global goals collectively.
