Advisory and consultative bodies

The Supervisory Board directs and monitors the activities of the Institute and defines its strategic direction for long-term and sustainable development. It also evaluates the performance of senior management and ensures accountability, while strengthening the link between the Institute and society.

The Board is responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of the institution’s strategies, policies, and procedures in line with its mission, vision, and values. It delegates projects that implement the strategic plan to the rector and vice-rectors through operational teams.

The governance structure ensures cooperation, transparency, and accountability among various stakeholders. It guarantees that the institution operates in accordance with its mission, values, and strategic priorities. To meet the needs of different groups, 6 additional bodies are established: Advisory Council, Academic Council, Scientific Council, Finance Committee, Departmental Councils, and Student Council.
