The procedure for considering applications from individuals and legal entities at the Institute is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities’.

The application or complaint is considered within fifteen days from the date of receipt to the state body, organisation or their official, who are obliged to resolve the issue on the merits, and when additional study and (or) verification, request for additional documents is required - within one month.

The University accepts and processes applications from individuals and legal entities by type of application as follows:

1. Oral applications
Applications submitted through the University hotline (78 147-37-37), which are recorded by the head of department in paper form from the applicant and transferred to the relevant officials through the system ijro.gov.uz;
Reception of the rector and vice-rectors of the university is carried out on the basis of admission plans approved by them, by recording in special journals. Candidates are welcomed by heads of departments and directed to the management reception room.
