Before the start of the academic year, ISFT Institute organises a special Orientation Week exclusively designed for incoming female students to encourage their active participation in STEM, business, and finance disciplines. The event is held during the summer admission period and aims to guide young women toward successful academic and professional pathways. Participants meet inspiring female professors, ACCA-certified lecturers, alumni, and entrepreneurs working in technology, accounting, and innovation.

 

Interactive sessions include motivational talks, career mapping workshops, and mentorship circles focused on developing leadership and analytical skills. A special emphasis is placed on ACCA-based courses such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Audit, where many female students already demonstrate strong academic performance and career ambition. The Orientation Week also addresses overcoming gender stereotypes in traditionally male-dominated sectors and showcases real success stories of ISFT graduates in business and finance. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, this initiative empowers young women to pursue degrees in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, and ACCA-aligned Business disciplines, ensuring broader female representation in underrepresented academic fields.
