The event brought together scholars from leading higher education institutions of the country, representatives of government organizations, and young researchers.

The conference was opened by the Rector of ISFT, Mr. Ibrohim Rustamovich Gulomov, who highlighted the importance of the event and its contribution to the development of entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan.

The participants included:
— Advisor to the Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, R. Kusherbayev;
— Chief Specialist of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, PhD in Economics M. Abdurakhimov;
— Dean of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor A. Kholov;
— Professor of Tashkent State University of Economics, Doctor of Economics O. Khamdamov;
— Head of Department at Tashkent International University of Chemistry, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Sh. Elmurodov;
— Associate Professor at Tashkent State University of Law, PhD in Law Kh. Atajanov;
— Representative of Al-Beruniy International Boarding School under the Presidential Agency for Educational Institutions Z. Rafikova.

At the end of the conference, active scholars and researchers were awarded honorary diplomas.
In his closing remarks, Dr. T. A. Azizov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at ISFT, PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor, emphasized the significance of the conference in strengthening scientific cooperation and promoting new ideas.
