ISFT Institute produces the “Women of Impact” podcast series — a platform celebrating the voices of accomplished female faculty, staff, and alumni who have made significant contributions across education, science, business, and technology. Hosted by the university’s Marketing Department, the series aims to inspire current students by sharing real-life stories of leadership and success.

Each episode features in-depth conversations with women shaping ISFT’s academic and professional landscape, including ACCA-certified finance lecturers, IT experts, researchers, and administrative leaders. Guests discuss their professional journeys, challenges in achieving gender balance, and their vision for empowering the next generation of women professionals.

Through open dialogue and mentorship-driven storytelling, “Women of Impact” promotes gender equality and highlights ISFT’s ongoing commitment to supporting women’s growth in underrepresented fields — aligning with the university’s mission under SDG 5: Gender Equality.
