More Women, More Voices, More Progress

At ISFT Institute, promoting women’s participation in underrepresented disciplines—particularly STEM, business, finance, and technology—is a key institutional priority. The university consistently advocates for, orients, and trains female students through programmes designed to inspire and empower them to explore and excel in these fields. Policies and initiatives focus on gender equality, inclusive learning, and capacity-building via mentorship, workshops, and student-led engagement.

During Orientation Week, female students are actively encouraged to participate in STEM, ICT, and business programmes through interactive sessions, alumni talk, and motivational campaigns. ISFT also runs specialised STEM Clubs and Women in Tech Circles, offering peer support, career mentorship, and networking opportunities.

The Institute regularly organises workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions led by academic and industry experts to boost girls’ participation and confidence in science, technology, finance, and entrepreneurship. These events are supported by the Student Union, which ensures equal female representation in leadership and coordinates awareness campaigns.
