
The Next Meeting of the ISFT Institute Council: Strategic Priorities, Educational Quality, and Recognition of Scientific Achievements
On May 1, 2026, the 5th meeting of the ISFT Institute Council was held, during which the institute’s activities for the 2025–2026 academic year were comprehensively reviewed, and key strategic priorities for the future were determined.
Priority Focus on Educational Quality and Academic Process
One of the main issues on the agenda was the preparation for the completion of the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, the effective organization of final assessments, and the high-quality implementation of final state certification and graduation thesis defenses for graduating students. In addition, admission quotas for the 2026–2027 academic year were officially approved.
To further enhance educational quality, the Council reviewed preparations for the institute’s internal assessment process as part of comprehensive state accreditation. The educational performance of departments was critically analyzed, and priority tasks were identified.
Science, Spiritual Development, and a Healthy Environment
During the meeting, special attention was given to preparations for upcoming international and national scientific-practical conferences, the effectiveness of training scientific and pedagogical personnel, meaningful student engagement, anti-corruption initiatives, and the promotion of legal awareness.
Furthermore, to encourage a healthy lifestyle among faculty members and staff, it was decided to organize the “Rector’s Cup – 2026” sports competitions.

The most memorable and inspiring part of the meeting was the ceremonial recognition of faculty members for their academic accomplishments. The following professors were awarded scientific degrees and academic titles:
