On December 8, 2025, in celebration of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ISFT Institute organized a scientific article competition titled “The Constitution – a Guarantee of Free and Prosperous Life.” The purpose of the event was to encourage students and young researchers to study the essence of the Constitution more profoundly, scientifically analyze its socio-political significance, and promote legal literacy within the academic community.

 

The competition brought together undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, independent scholars, and doctoral candidates. A total of 18 scientific articles were submitted for evaluation. The works covered various thematic areas, including the socio-political importance of the Constitution, the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, the practical application of legal norms, and contemporary interpretations of constitutional principles.

 

The submitted articles were thoroughly reviewed by the jury based on content quality, scientific and theoretical approach, relevance, practical significance, and novelty. Following a comprehensive assessment, 3 articles received the highest scores and were recognized as winners.

 

In accordance with the Competition Regulations, the winners were awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts.

This competition contributed to strengthening the scientific environment, encouraging research in the field of constitutional studies, and enhancing legal awareness among students.
