The “El-yurt Umidi” Foundation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for training promising personnel announces the 2026 first open scholarship competition.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Trustees, the foundation announces a competition for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral study programs at prestigious foreign universities.

A total of 500 quotas have been allocated for the 2026/2027 academic year for studying at leading foreign universities.

Including:
167 quotas for bachelor’s programs
232 quotas for master’s programs
38 quotas for doctoral programs
63 additional quotas within the framework of Presidential directives

Documents are accepted via a special online platform from April 3 to April 24, 2026 (until 23:59).
